2.      Return & Exchange Policy:

We accept exchanges within 48 hours of delivery (no refunds).

• Eligibility: Items must be unused and in original packaging. Limited to one exchange per order.
• Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
• Shipping Fees: Customers cover exchange delivery costs unless an incorrect item was sent. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
